MILLICENT ZVARAYI
Millicent has worked for entities such as Investec Bank in the Group marketing division (between 1997-1999) and she subsequently joined Athletics South Africa in a marketing function prior to joining Vunani in 2002. She has had a wide range of responsibilities across Vunani.
 
NTSOAKI PHALI
Ntsoaki Phali, a seasoned Business Leader, HR and Diversity Advocate, brings her wealth of experience to Isilo Steel as a newly appointed non-executive director. With over two decades in HR, Ntsoaki has championed diversity, equity, and inclusion in South Africa, aligning seamlessly with Isilo Steel's continouous commitment to inclusivity. A well established professional in driving transformation and empowerment, she offers strategic insights and an unwavering dedication to positive change, making her a valuable addition to the Isilo Steel team.
PRANESH SEWRAJ
Pranesh joined the group in 2006 and has managed Supply Chain for many years. 17 years on – he has built a reputation internally and in the SA market as being an honorable, reliable, and highly competent member of the group. He now steps out of the service space and moves fully into developing new markets for the group in Isilo Steel. 
JONATHAN NEWMAN 
Upon completing school, Jonathan moved directly into the finance field, completing his articles at the tax specialist firm Mitchells in Pietermaritzburg. During that time, he completed his BCompt degree with UNISA. He proceeded to complete his honours and board exams, and in 2014 he gained the designation of Chartered Accountant from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. After his articles, he moved into project accounting, working in various areas ranging from control assessments, financial reporting, tax, company valuations, amongst others. When Jonathan is not at work, he can often be found in the mountains.
